La fuerte polémica desatada en España, durante los últimos meses, en torno a la regulación de horarios comerciales ha situado al sector de distribución comercial en el primer plano de la actualidad, evidenciando un debate que estaba latente ya desde hace años, al menos desde que, en 1985, un Real Decreto eliminase las restricciones aplicadas hasta entonces, incorporando a nuestro país un régimen muy abierto de libertad de apertura para establecimientos comerciales.
